Summer Price Information

The current summer rates are per person and per night excluding local tourist tax (for children aged 14 years and older).

Half board can be added for € 50.00 per person at our charming neighboring restaurant “Walkerbach”, just around the corner.
(Drinks are to be paid directly at the restaurant.)

• Children’s rates:
  Children staying in their parents’ room with two fully paying adults are charged per child and per night. Included services apply.
• Short stays:
  10% surcharge for stays up to 3 nights
  15% surcharge for weekend stays
• Single room surcharge: € 30.00 per night
• Dog lovers welcome:
  We charge € 25.00 per dog per day (without dog food).
  Dog blanket / dog bed, food bowl, waste bags, welcome treat and dog towels are provided.
  Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with your four-legged friend and which breed it is, so we can prepare the appropriate size.
• Methods of payment:
  We accept cash, EC card, Visa and Mastercard.

For stays of 8 nights or more, we grant a 5% discount on the entire stay.

• Lech Card:
  From one overnight stay onwards, you can purchase the Lech Card – the leisure card for the Lech Zürs region – directly from us and enjoy many benefits.

• Cancellation policy:
  • Up to 30 days before arrival – free cancellation
  • 30 days to 7 days before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
  • During the last week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee
  • Thereafter, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In case of late arrival, no-show or early departure, the full room rate will be charged.

To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, for example through European Travel Insurance, offering comprehensive cancellation and accident coverage. Options include “Hotel Cancellation Premium” or “Hotel Cancellation Plus”. Coverage also applies in case of COVID-19 illness despite pandemic status.

• Non-smoking rooms:
  All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.
  We kindly ask smokers for their understanding that smoking inside the house is not permitted.
  Smoking is allowed on the balconies of booked balcony rooms as well as in the terrace and entrance areas. Please use the designated ashtrays provided.
• Arrival & Departure:
  Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival
  and until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
  We would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us of your approximate arrival time in advance.
